This self-guided scavenger hunt-style tour takes you to 8 must-visit stops, where you’ll indulge in authentic Hawaiian flavors, sweet island treats, and savory bites—all while taking in the sights of Honolulu’s vibrant neighborhoods.
Whether you're a family looking for a flexible, budget-friendly adventure, a couple seeking a laid-back foodie experience, or a solo traveler who independently explores, this tour is the perfect way to eat, explore, & enjoy without the hassle of large groups or strict schedules. Plus, you'll score free treats at two stops just for joining the tour!
Hop on public transit, drive your own car, uber/Lyft or ride in our courtesy vehicle STARTING MAY 2025. However, you choose to explore, you’re in for a delicious, one-of-a-kind experience that takes you beyond the tourist zone.
How it Works: Choose the type of Scavenger Hunt package you would like to purchase (Aloha or Kama’āina). Purchase on our site or Viator app which powered by Travelocity. Within 24 hours you will receive the entire tour. Please take the tour within 48 hours of the Day you requested and/purchased. We only sell a few tours a day as to now overwhelm our vendors, some of which are very small businesses. We appreciate you taking as much photos and trying as many foods as you budget and stomach will allow. If you complete all the scavenger and photo tasks throughout the tour, our company will send you a special Mahalo! Snack gift in the mail.
The aloha package can accommodate a group size 8 and you will receive 1-2 free items per group at two locations and one free upgrade and souvenir at one location. You can expect to spend 6-15 dollars for regular menu items at our recommended stops. This tour is meant to be interactive in the community so it will come with information, passwords to redeem items, and “bougie bucks’ to spend on your outing at a selected location.
